St Stephen's Presbyterian Church

St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church is located at 1140 Paul’s Street in Peterborough’s north end. The new website was constructed using WordPress allowing staff and volunteers to update the site independently. The site features a content search tool, a blog and a customized system allowing sermons to be posted on the site.

Peterborough City Soccer Association provides high-calibre player development and playing opportunities at the talented/elite level for children and adults in the greater Peterborough area. The PCSA website was redesigned and constructed using WordPress, providing a user-friendly administrative dashboard for independent site management.  PCSA actively manages all aspects of the site with as-needed support from Black Cap Design. The site includes a range of features including a blog, image galleries, contact forms and a private area for Board Members.

New Design for the PHS Hutchison House website

The Peterborough Historical Society and Hutchison House Museum, located in Peterborough, Ontario, offer a range of programs and services related to heritage preservation, education and awareness. Hutchison House is one of the oldest limestone houses in Peterborough, and operates year round as a museum offering a glimpse of life in Ontario in the mid-1800s. In 2021, the website was redesigned and constructed using the WordPress content management platform enabling staff and volunteers to manage the site independently. The new website and blog makes it possible for donations, memberships and ticket sales to be processed easily and securely online.

This accessible and mobile responsive website was designed and constructed using the WordPress content management system, making it possible for OPIRG staff and volunteers to manage website content independently.

The Ontario Colleges Retirees’ Association (OCRA) is a not-for-profit association run by volunteers advocating for retirees of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAAT). The website provides information and resources for the OCRA membership as well as a Membership Form for prospective members. The new mobile-friendly and accessible OCRA website was designed and constructed using the WordPress CMS, providing OCRA volunteers the ability to manage the site independently.

Intergovernmental Committee for Economic and Labour Force Development in Toronto (ICE Committee).  The ICE Committee facilitates collaboration among ministries and departments involved with economic and labour force development in the city of Toronto, Ontario.  The new mobile-responsive and accessible ICE Committee website was rebuilt using the WordPress Content Management System.

Sustainable Peterborough is a community based, regional organization working to set directions, and actions for balancing the environmental, socio-cultural, and economic pillars of sustainability for current and future generations.  The site was completely redesigned then custom-built using WordPress to allow staff and volunteers the ability to manage all aspects of the website independently.  The site meets WCAG guidelines for Accessibility and is fully mobile-responsive.

The Lakefield Horticultural Society is a community-based volunteer organization that works to beautify the village of Lakefield, Ontario using community gardens, hanging baskets and window baskets.
